The role gives you the opportunity and exposure of working in a dynamic start-up environment in collaboration with an established, loved and respected brand of India which is more than 50 years old.
The role is unique due to the mission and strong value system of the founding company which is dedicated to providing joyful experiences to children after school hours and on holidays in a creative, imaginative and eco-friendly manner.
As it is an after-school play area for children which will run all days of the week, the weekly day off will be on a weekday.

Job Description
1) Engage children in different activities through the day, acting as a role model for children at all times
2) Ensure the smooth flow of the program and schedule
3) Achieve the revenue targets for the center through consistently high feedback and service ratings leading to repeat visits
4) Conceptualize new stories, crafts, song and dance. Implement them and document them
5) Seek feedback on the method and provide suggestions for improvement
6) Take care of children’s well being and safety while they are entrusted to the center
7) Maintain a safe, clean, hygienic environment which is aesthetic and pleasing
8) Record the child’s details including entry and exit and ensure the child is handed over properly to the guardian
9) Collaborate pleasantly with parents and associates
10) Carry out the billing properly
11) Participate regularly in meetings, discussions and training programs
12) Take responsibility as assigned by lead anchor/manager/director in the interest of the organization from time to time
13) Adhere at all times to the law, philosophy of the Center and the Code of Conduct, upholding the organization’s values at all times
14) Ensure that the monthly sale target of team is achieved
Eligibility Criteria:
1) Only women who are over 18 years of age may apply
2) Should have a track record of high personal integrity which will be subject to checks and verifications
3) Should be well groomed with a high standard of personal hygiene
4) Education qualification: Should at least hold a graduate degree in any discipline or a diploma in an early childhood education program
5) Should be proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi with a clear diction in all
6) Should be able to handle basic applications on smartphone/tablet
7) Should enjoy singing, dancing and handicraft; Ability to play an instrument is an added advantage though not a necessary criterion for application
8) Should have a good customer interface and excellent communication skills
