A textile artist who embroiders and writes, Gopika Nath threads her syllables into poetry, creative non-fiction and the odd art review. Her stitch journal www.gopikanathstitchjournal.blogspot.com lends a whole new dimension to the art of embroidery, augmented by her research and writing about different embroideries of the world. A Fulbright Scholar, alumnus of Central St. Martins School of Art and Design [UK], Gopika has recently left the chaos of Gurgaon to live and work in Goa.
