Handcrafted Nature of Products
Unique Handcrafted Items
Our products are meticulously handcrafted and hand-painted by skilled artisans. Each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind, reflecting the artistry and tradition behind our creations.
Variations & Imperfections
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, size, and finish may occur. These are not defects but rather characteristics that add to the uniqueness and charm of each item.
Custom-Made Limitations
All our products are custom-made to order. For bulk or multiple orders, please contact us in advance as production timelines may vary based on complexity and quantity.
Understanding Handcrafted Items
We encourage customers to appreciate the craftsmanship and individuality of handcrafted items, which may differ slightly from product images due to their unique nature.
Orders & Purchases
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability and artisan capacity. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Errors in product description or pricing
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of our policies
- Insufficient artisan capacity
- Limitations on custom orders
Pricing Information
All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. For custom orders, final pricing may vary based on materials, complexity, and artisan time.
Handcrafted Production Time
Most handcrafted items require 5-10 business days for creation before shipping. During peak seasons or for complex designs, processing may take up to 14 business days. We’ll provide specific timelines for custom orders.

Secure Payments

Cancellation Policy
Important Notice
Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, cancellation policies are strict. Once artisans begin work on your order, materials and time have been dedicated specifically to your creation.
Before Artisan Assignment
Orders may be cancelled without penalty if requested before an artisan is assigned (typically within 12-24 hours of order placement). Contact us immediately at support@artculturefestival.in.
After Artisan Assignment
Once an artisan begins work on your order (usually within 24-48 hours), a 40% cancellation fee applies to cover materials and dedicated artisan time.
During Production
After significant progress has been made (typically 3+ days), orders cannot be cancelled as the artwork is nearly complete and personalized to your specifications.
After Shipping
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping. You may return the item per our Return Policy upon receipt if it meets return criteria.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production begins due to their unique, made-to-order nature.
Refund & Return Policy
Special Considerations for Handcrafted Items
Due to the unique nature of handcrafted products, returns are only accepted for significant defects or damage during shipping. Minor variations inherent to handmade items are not considered defects.

Return Process
- Contact us for return authorization within specified timeframe
- Provide photos/documentation of issue
- Ship items to provided address with tracking
- Allow 10-14 business days for evaluation and processing
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution.
International orders may have additional processing time.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping

- Expedited: 3-5 business days
- Express: 2-3 business days
Free standard shipping on orders over ₹999.
International Shipping
- Standard: 10-21 business days
- Express: 5-10 business days
Customers responsible for customs/duties
Handcrafted Processing Time

Special Packaging
Our handcrafted items are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage immediately.

All content on this website, including artistic designs, text, graphics, logos, and product images, is the property of ArtCultureFestival and protected by copyright laws.
Prohibited Use
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our artistic content without express written permission. Our designs represent the unique work of our artisans.
Limitation of Liability
ArtCultureFestival shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Use or inability to use our products
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Errors or omissions in content
- Delays in delivery beyond our control
- Minor variations inherent in handcrafted items
Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
General Provisions
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the appropriate jurisdiction.
