Before Production

Orders may be cancelled without penalty if requested before production begins (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Contact us immediately at support@handcraftedstore.com.

During Production

Once production begins (usually 24-48 hours after order), a 25% cancellation fee applies to cover materials and dedicated artisan time.

After Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production begins due to their unique, made-to-order nature.
