A radiologist by qualification, Dr Dinesh Sethi has been involved with art and photography for a long time. Armed with a lyrical bent of mind, knowledge of technique and an eye for detail, he consciously looks for the play of light and its impact on the subject. His simple yet creative compositions consist of precise control of every element within the frame. His images highlight shapes, patterns and expressions that elude our eyes in daily life. Lighting and composition are the mainstay of his photographic work. He is also an accomplished artist working mainly with charcoal and acrylic paints.
