The much loved and awaited World Sufi Music Festival: Jahan-e-Khusrau, founded by Muzaffar Ali and held under the aegis of Rumi Foundation returns with its 14th Edition to the New Delhi. As a continuation in its efforts to sensitize people on the ecological dangers to our water resources, Jahan e Khusrau 2019 will present GANGANAMA, the circle of life, dedicated to the music and the dance of the rivers which have unified mankind and its flowing cultures celebrating the evolution of civilizations on its opening day. It celebrates the ‘Rivers of Love’ which hopes to create awareness and spread love towards our environment. Each day of Jahan-e-Khusrau celebrates various aspects of love – yearning, union and separation. The forthcoming festival will witness performance by renowned artists like Satinder Sartaaj, Kanwar Grewal, Javed Ali, Minu Bakshi , Roohani Sisters to name a few. There is also a beautiful dance ballad based on the theme by Sanjukhta Sinha and the Kadamb dance troupe. The festival is patronized and supported by the DS Puri Foundation, India Glycols Limited, Central Park and Bisleri with Graphisads as the Outdoor Media Partner. The festival is designed and managed by Kotwara.
