Every narration begins with a story, and what better than creating a ‘Narrative Art’ with your own hands, and one day you can tell a story in the 700-years old narrative art from Bhilwara. Phad Painting is a folk art, traditionally done on a long piece of cloth or canvas. The narratives of the folk deities of Rajasthan, mostly Pabuji and Devnarayan are central themes. The Bhopas, and Bhopi traditionally carried the painted phad scrolls and kept singing these narrative art all night in village temples.
