Dr. Paula Sengupta

She is a mid-career artist, academician, and writer resident in Kolkata. Educated in painting and printmaking at the College of Art, New Delhi and at Kala Bhavana, Santiniketan, Dr. Sengupta has a doctorate in the history of Indian printmaking from Visva Bharati, Santiniketan. She currently teaches printmaking at Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata and has also been associated with the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Kolkata in the past. She is Secretary of the Khoj International Artist’s Association, Kolkata.
