Museums/art expo 2018 and its specialized program of supporting events focus on the terrific and exciting challenges that museums and other cultural institutions as well as archives and libraries currently deal with and will have to face in the future.

The lectures will be complemented by the three theme blocks Secure &Preserve, Light and Access. In the theme blocks you will learn interesting facts by experts from theory and practice.

There are so many different ways to get involved with International Museum Technology Trade Fair even if you are not directly involved in the museum technology or related field you are welcome to attend as a delegate or sponsor the event in different ways. Please look for our sponsorship details for more information. Companies can also submit video presentations which will be shown in the trade fair after editorial evaluation.

The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the trade fair are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

DAY 1 BOOKING
■ Fill in the Application Form and return it to the organizers.
■ Upon receipt of the Application Form from the exhibitor, an official Contract in duplicate will be sent to the applicant for signature.
■ Within 3 days of submitting the application form applying companies should make a 50% down-payment (RMB) or pay the total amount due, in order to reserve a stand. The total balance is due no later than 1 feb 2018
■ An Exhibitor's Manual explaining freight forwarding, booth design and construction, travel arrangement accommodation , rental facilities, manpower services, advertising, visa application and other information will be sent to all the registered exhibitors upon confirmation of participation. Participants are required to return those forms to the organizer before the respective deadlines.
■ No booth space will be allocated until payment of deposit is received. Booth allocation is on a "first come, first serve basis” until all are sold out.
